Stage 1 - Prior to Contract signing
What you need to do

Stage 2 - After signing the Contract

Complete the necessary paperwork we send to you. We can send you to complete all forms electronically now;
Arrange insurance cover for the property;
Arrange building and pest inspection reports for your property;
Arrange finance for your property if applicable;.
Prepare funds for settlement.

Carry out all standard searches for the property;
Advise you fo any additional searches that are appropriate to your property;
Prepare you with a comprehensive conveyancing package to help you to understand the process;
Advise you funds you need to prepare for settlement;
Contact with the seller’s solicitor;
Advise you of settlement time and date for you.
Stage 3 - Settlement
What you need to do
Arrange removals, disconnection and reconnection of utilities;
Relax and enjoy your new home.
What we will do
Confirm with you settlement has been successfully;
Provide you with a detailed rundown of your settlement expenses;
Arange for keys to be delivered to you.
